IBP supported and participated in a presentation on evidence and expertise at a seminar on the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, held in São Paulo in June 2014.
Experts addressed the main provisions of the Framework, such as net neutrality, freedom of expression, user privacy, data storage, corporate security, use of information, liability for user-generated content, and rules on content deletion.The main presentations related to Law No. 12.965 of April 23, 2014 were:
